How Dehhani Ltd handles personal data on the Retsu™ public website and when you contact us.
Last updated — 19 October 2026
Who we are and what this notice covers
Retsu™ is a product of Dehhani Ltd, registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at 124 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX. Dehhani Ltd is the controller of personal data collected through this public website and its enquiries. Contact hello@dehhani.uk about this notice or your data.
This notice covers retsu.uk, its translated pages, website enquiries and the signup handoff. Accounts, billing, customer records, device data and integrations within Retsu™ Portal are covered by the Portal privacy notice (sign-in required). The website’s analytics choice does not control the Portal’s necessary login or payment technologies.
Information we collect
- Enquiries and correspondence: your name, email address, telephone number, chosen subject, optional business name and message, the page you submitted from and the submission time. We collect this information from you and store the enquiry in website records and our business email system.
- Technical and security information: IP address, request information, browser/device information and security-check results. Google reCAPTCHA receives technical data when you interact with the contact form; the server also sends your IP address and verification token to Google to check a submission.
- Analytics, only with your consent: pages and referring URLs, browser/device information, approximate location, session activity, button and outbound-link clicks, click positions, scrolling, downloads, form-submission events, search terms where used and visits to the signup handoff. The configured event tags measure interactions rather than the message you type into the enquiry form.
- Privacy preference: whether you accept or reject analytics and when that choice expires, stored in a cookie and browser local storage.
Why we use data and our lawful bases
- Handling enquiries and arranging demonstrations: our legitimate interests in responding to prospective customers and managing business correspondence. Where you ask us to take steps towards a contract with you personally, we rely on those pre-contractual steps.
- Website operation and security: our legitimate interests in maintaining a reliable website and preventing spam, fraud and abuse, using validation, rate limits, technical logs and bot checks.
- Optional analytics: your consent, to understand use of the website and improve its content and navigation. Accepting analytics does not give consent to advertising storage or personalised advertising.
- Legal requirements: compliance with an applicable legal obligation where we must retain or disclose particular records.
Providing information and using the form
You can browse without submitting an enquiry or accepting analytics. The form requires a name, email address, phone number and subject to submit; business name and message are optional. These are form requirements, not a legal obligation to provide information. You can email us instead, including if you prefer not to use reCAPTCHA. Please avoid including passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal information in a message.
The signup page forwards you to the Portal and passes through any query parameters supplied with the signup link. With analytics consent, a visit to that page can be measured as a signup starting; it does not establish that registration was completed.
Who receives information
We do not sell your personal data. Access and disclosure depend on the purpose described above.
- Microsoft Azure: cloud infrastructure and storage used to run the service.
- Namecheap Private Email: delivery and handling of enquiry emails sent to our business mailbox. See Namecheap’s privacy information.
- Google: Google Analytics 4, delivered through Google Tag Manager after analytics consent, and reCAPTCHA when you use the contact form. See the Google Privacy Policy and reCAPTCHA information. Providers may also process some information for their own service-security or legal purposes under their notices.
- Our staff and service providers who need information to handle enquiries or maintain the website; professional advisers or public authorities where disclosure is necessary for a legal obligation or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
International processing and security
Providers may process information outside the United Kingdom, including in the United States. A provider’s headquarters does not establish the location of every copy of data. Restricted international transfers require a lawful transfer mechanism, such as UK adequacy regulations or appropriate contractual safeguards. Contact hello@dehhani.uk for information about the arrangements applicable to your data and how to obtain a copy of relevant safeguards.
The website uses connection security, input validation, rate limiting and spam checks. Enquiry emails are sent over an encrypted SMTP connection. Browser cookies and local storage are separate from the server and email records described here.
How long information is kept
For enquiries and correspondence, the relevant criteria are whether the enquiry is still open, whether follow-up or an ongoing business relationship requires the record, and whether a legal obligation or dispute requires it. Security records depend on the time needed to investigate and prevent abuse. Server records, email copies and backups have separate lifecycles; deleting a browser cookie does not delete those records.
Analytics retention depends on the Google Analytics property settings and the type of record or report. Cookie lifetimes do not specify how long Google retains analytics records. Contact us for information about the retention applicable to your data or to request deletion.
Your website analytics preference is valid for 180 days from your choice, without renewal on ordinary page visits. Expired local-storage preferences are removed on the next visit. See the Cookies Policy for storage details.
Your rights and withdrawal of consent
Depending on the processing and applicable conditions, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability of your personal data. Send requests to hello@dehhani.uk; we may need information to verify your identity or clarify the request. We respond within the applicable legal time limits.
You can withdraw analytics consent at any time by selecting “Reject Analytics” on the Cookies Policy page, linked in the footer. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before it. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) or another supervisory authority where applicable; you do not have to complain to us first.
Your right to object
You can object to processing based on legitimate interests because of your particular circumstances. Contact hello@dehhani.uk so we can assess the request. If your information is used for direct marketing, you can object to that use at any time.
Automated checks and changes to this notice
Automated security checks may block a suspected spam submission; you can contact us by email if this happens. This public website does not make solely automated decisions about you with legal or similarly significant effects.
We update this notice when website processing changes. The date above identifies this revision. Material changes will be highlighted here, and we will seek a new analytics choice where required.
