Starter includes 1,000 profiling licences per year. A licence is consumed the first time Retsu™ Profiler or Retsu™ Erasure runs on a newly registered device. It covers hardware profiling, diagnostics, OS deployment and other non-erasure processing. Retests of the same registered device do not consume another profiling licence.
Starter includes 800 erasure licences per year, tracked separately from profiling. One licence is used per drive when erasure starts; eligible failed terminal results have the licence returned to the account automatically, while stopped or unreported interruptions may require review.
Professional, Business and Enterprise include unlimited profiling and erasure licences. Retsu™ Portal is included in every package. MarketSync, ProCut and Eris AI are included with Business and Enterprise, and available as paid add-ons for Starter and Professional. GridView remains an optional add-on.
